Changing goggle lenses in 5 seconds: The quick-change guide.
Flying blind is a thing of the past: Adjust your setup in seconds!
You start in sunshine, but suddenly the sky clouds over or you switch from the forest trail to open terrain? Anyone who then struggles for a long time with changing lenses loses valuable time and nerves.
At MARRON, there are no compromises. Our quick-change systems are built so you can adapt your statement to the lighting conditions in seconds. Whether you use the pure **magnetic system (THE ONE)** or the **mechanical-magnetic fusion (THE VADE)** – here's your turbo guide.
Model THE ONE: The magnetic turbo switch (approx. 5 seconds)
The **THE ONE** model relies on raw, magnetic force. It couldn't be simpler – ideal for situations where every second counts.
Here's how to replace the glass on THE ONE:
- Grasp and peel off: Hold the goggle in both hands. Grip the existing lens at the top or bottom edge and peel it off the frame with light, even pressure. The strong magnets will detach cleanly.
- Attaching a new glass: Take the new glass. Position it loosely in front of the frame.
- Click and Go: The magnets in the frame and lens automatically attract each other and perfectly center the lens. As soon as you hear the "click," your lens is securely in place and you're ready for your next run.
Your advantage: Lightning-fast changes, no fiddly clips. Pure performance.
Model THE VADE: Mechanics meets magic (approx. 10 seconds)
The **THE VADE** model combines magnetism with a mechanical locking system. This offers maximum security and stability, especially under extreme impacts and vibrations.
Here's how to replace the glass on THE VADE:
- Unlocking (mechanical): On the left and right sides of the frame, you will find a small **slider**. Slide both sliders outwards to release the mechanical lock.
- Removal (Magnetic): Once the sliders are out, the lens is only held in place magnetically. Grasp the lens and, as with THE ONE, gently pull it off the frame.
- Attaching the new lens: Position the new lens loosely on the frame. The magnets will temporarily hold the lens in place.
- Locking (mechanical): Slide the two outer sliders (left and right) back to the center, or into the locking position, until they click into place. Your lens is now mechanically secured and ready for the toughest conditions.
Your advantage: The ultimate combination of switching speed and crash safety. Double the safety is better!
Pro tips for switching goggles
- No fingerprints: Always hold the glasses by the edge to keep your anti-fog coating clean inside and out.
- Transport: Always store your replacement lenses in the supplied microfiber pouch or a sturdy bag to avoid scratches.
- Cleanliness matters: A clean lens locks into place better and provides the best view.
With THE ONE or THE VADE, you can concentrate on what matters most: the next drop or the perfect line. Changing your lenses will now be the least of your worries.
