Delivery areas and shipping costs

We deliver to countries that can be selected as a delivery country in checkout.

• Germany: €5.49
• Europe: €12.49
• International: €19.99
• United States: US$29.99

The shipping costs applicable to your delivery address are shown in checkout before you complete your order. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import charges, and taxes. These costs are payable by the recipient.

Processing and delivery times

Standard models and all X models: ready to ship within 1–2 business days.

Personalized goggles: individually made and ready to ship within 7 business days.

The carrier's transit time begins once the goods have been handed over and is added to the processing time stated above. It depends on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays, and deliveries usually do not take place on those days.

If an order contains items with different processing times, it will generally be shipped together. The longest processing time applies unless otherwise agreed.
